Why do I see disclaimers everywhere?
ALL products on our website are sold for research and laboratory use. The products should not be used in form of cosmetic, food additive, chemical, drugs, or other applications not classified in this document. All customers represent and warrant that through their own review and study that they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following: Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all products. The health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products they purchase. The necessity of adequately warning of the health and safety hazards associated with any products. The company holds its right to cancel any purchase done if there is any proof or the company sees that you are buying for use other than it is sold for.

What is a reasearch supply company?
Apex Amino is a research supply company. Our products are sold for research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal use or testing. They are intended for lab/in-vitro use only. We do not give out any advice or instructions on how to conduct research. Any implication of human or animal use will result in the cancellation of your order.
What size vials do your peptides come in?
Most peptides are sold in 3ml glass vials. We do sell some products in 10ml vials however, these are noted on the product pages for full transparency prior to purchasing. Please visit the product page details to find out what size vial your product of interest is sold in.
How do I store Lyophilized peptides?
All of our peptides are sold in lyophilized form meaning liquid is extracted to extend the shelf life of each product. Lyophilized peptides should be stored in the refrigerator or can hold in the freezer for 1-2 years (give or take depending on the temperature they are being stored at). If your peptide is already reconstituted, keep it in the fridge, DO NOT store them in the freezer.
How do I store reconstituted peptides?
Once peptides are reconstituted, they should be stored in the refrigerator ONLY, be sure your refrigerator is not too cold or your reconstituted peptide may gel or freeze.
Do you use filler or stabilizer in your peptides?
We use mannitol, which is derived from the sugar fructose, as a bulking agent in our lyophilized preparations. It’s commonly used in research products.
What is best temperature to have my products once I'm ready to conduct research?
Both peptides AND bacteriostatic water should be at room temperature prior to reconstitution.
How do I mix my Lyophilized peptides?
Remove the cap from the vial. Add your solvent to the vial. It is at the discretion of the researcher to determine. For best results, always use solvents within a month of opening, ensure it has the proper pH, and store it at room temperature in a cool, dry place (not in the refrigerator).
What are reasearch peptides used for?
Peptides are widely used in chemistry and play a key role in many experiments. This may involve protein purification, protein modification, and various interactional studies. We are solely a research supply company. Our products are intended for experienced researchers only. We do not include instructions or directions.
Is their a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or purity rating for my peptide?
We carefully select and only work with the highest quality ingredients/products. Each batch is laboratory tested for purity. All the Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available on our website provide details about the purity and potency of the peptides, expressed in milligrams (mg) or mcg’s. Please note that this reflects the strength of the products, not their physical weight.
Additionally, the batch numbers listed on the COAs correspond directly to the batch numbers on the peptide vials, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
Are your products laboratory tested?
At our company, we uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity in every aspect of our manufacturing process. We do not purchase stock products from third-party manufacturers. Instead, all of our peptides are custom-manufactured and produced exclusively for us in large-scale batches, under strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. Therefore, the products that are more popular have more testing as there are new batches coming in more frequently. For example, we have products that are not yet released, but we already have testing for. We pride ourselves on being fully stocked at all times to ensure an excellent variety of products available to our customers at all times.
Do you print batch numbers on your viles?
Peptides have a printed batch number on the label which correlates to a COA. Here you’ll be able to view the correlating COA on the product page of our site or verify them with the prospective lab.
My reconstituted peptide is not drawing from the vial, What should I do?
Our lyophilized peptides are vacuum-sealed, which can sometimes make extraction a bit challenging. To make this easier, simply inject a small amount of air into the vial before drawing the solution. This relieves the vacuum pressure and allows for smoother withdrawal.
The presence or absence of strong vacuum pressure does not indicate anything about the sterility of the product. Some vials may have enough negative pressure to pull the plunger down, while others may not — both are normal and do not affect the sterility or quality of the contents.
How should I store my vitamins Aminos?
All of our Vitamins/Aminos should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. NEVER store these products in the fridge. Do not freeze. While the formula appears stable under controlled lab conditions, stability may be affected during transport, especially when exposed to extreme cold where your product will crystallize, looking like heavy particles or small clumps, settling out causing the formula to crash. Place the vile in a cup of boiling water for a few minutes. Afterward, give it a good shake, and repeat until your Amino/Vitamin returns to normal. Your Amino/Vitamin will be perfectly fine to use for your research studies.
What solvent is used in your Vitamins/Aminos?
All products listed under our Vitamins and Aminos category contain 2% alcohol and are ultra-pure water-based.
How long do Aminos/Vitamins last?
All of our Aminos/Vitamins have expiration dates marked on each vial. Aminos/vitamins are good for 6 months after opening and should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Never put aminos or vitamins such in the refrigerator or freezer.

What are your shipping & delivery options and timeframes?
We charge a flat rate of $13.99 for most shipments (so long as the number of products does not exceed our Priority Mail box standards). For orders over $300, we offer FREE, complimentary shipping (only applies to orders shipped within the USA). All orders include shipping, handling, and guaranteed tracking information within the USA. Your order will be prepared for shipping within 24-48 hours of cleared payment. Orders are packed and shipped 5 days a week, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cutoff time is 3pm, est. All orders placed after 12pm, set will be shipped the following day following our schedule in the line above.
My package says delivered but I have not received it. What Should I do?
Although carrier issues are beyond our scope of our control, we recommend looking around your property for the package. Sometimes carriers leave parcels in inconspicuous areas for safety reasons or they may have delivered to a neighbor next door. Rest assured, we want you to receive your items. If your package is delivered but you have not received it you must complete the following steps in order for us to reship your items out.
1. Contact your local post office or if you have a relationship with your delivery person, ask them to check their truck/facility.
2. FedEx and UPS provide photo proof or GPS coordinates of delivery at the location. Please contact customer service in order for us to resolve this right away.
3. If a claim needs to be made we will file it on your behalf.
Once a package is confirmed to be delivered by the carrier with GPS and/or photo evidence, Solution Peptide is no longer responsible for the package.
Our shipping insurance covers lost packages but does not cover stolen packages. Unfortunately, in cases where the package has potentially been stolen after confirmed delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or reshipment and recommend filing a report with your local authorities if theft is suspected and contacting FedEx to open a delivery case for further investigation.
What is your shipping insurance policy and what is the cost?
Please be advised: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance which is available for an additional $4.95 before completing your purchase. You can click the GREEN shipping insurance checkbox on our cart checkout page. In the event your package is lost, Solution Peptides will reship your items to you. We are no longer able to take responsibility for damages or lost orders unless shipping insurance is purchased during the checkout process included.
If your item was damaged during transport or arrived broken, a photo and video must be provided of the issue as soon as possible. This is required for our team to review the situation with management and determine the appropriate next steps..

If you accidentally added shipping insurance to your order, please note we do not offer refunds on shipping insurance but we can give you a store credit in the amount of $4.95.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, What should I do?
Orders ship from our facility 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. If you contact us prior to the shipment being sent out we will do our best to get the correct address updated. Please text or call +1 850-790-5015 or send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, and updated address. If your order has already shipped we are unable to do anything further.
Is your shipping discreet?
We place a high value on your privacy, so your orders will always be shipped in standard United States Postal Service or UPS packaging. Our shipping is fast and discreet with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging. The return address on your package will appear as “SHIPPING MANAGER”.
I missed the sale, can the sale price be honored?
We do not honor sale prices outside of the designated sale dates.

Are liquidation or discontinued products eligible for refunds or returns?
Products listed under “Liquidation” or “Discontinuation” are offered at significantly discounted prices as part of final inventory clearance. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales of liquidation or discontinued products are non-reversible once processed. This policy ensures transparency and fairness to all customers during promotional or clearance periods
Is there any bulk purchasing offer at your store?
Yes we do offer bulk pricing and also offer various discounts (no prior discounts or codes may be applied). Our bulk pricing program excludes everything under the Liquid Solutions and/or Research Supplies category. Bulk pricing is only applicable to items under the Peptides (singles only), Aminos/Vitamins, Capsules and Air Dispersal categories. All bulk orders include free shipping and you will receive your order anywhere between 2-5 business days. (note: some delays outside of our control, due to postal carrier delays may arise)

I reveived the wrong item.
Although mistakes happen, our shipping department works diligently to ensure each parcel is handled with care.
To resolve this quickly and efficiently, a picture is required with the items you have received including the itemized invoice sent in your package. Once we receive the picture we will correct the issue immediately and send out the correct items on the same or next business day that we are made aware.
Refunds.
We offer free replacements on items that have been damaged during transport/shipping. If you received a damaged or broken item, a photo and video must be provided of the issue as soon as possible. This is required for our team to review the situation with management and determine the appropriate next steps.
Returns are available for unused and unopened items within 30 days of your order being placed. The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging. Unfortunately, already reconstituted products do not qualify for a return.
***The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning an item unless it was damaged during shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your returned goods. Processing times for refunds vary depending on the method of payment used. Please reach out to customer service for return instructions.
Exchanges.
Exchanges are available for unused and unopened items within 30 days of your order being placed. The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging. Unfortunately, already reconstituted products do not qualify for an exchange.
