There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your returned goods. Processing times for refunds vary depending on the method of payment used. To resolve this quickly and efficiently, a picture is required with the items you have received including the itemized invoice sent in your package. Yes we do offer bulk pricing and also offer various discounts (no prior discounts or codes may be applied). Our bulk pricing program excludes everything under the Liquid Solutions and/or Research Supplies category. Bulk pricing is only applicable to items under the Peptides (singles only), Aminos/Vitamins, Capsules and Air Dispersal categories. All bulk orders include free shipping and you will receive your order anywhere between 2-5 business days. (note: some delays outside of our control, due to postal carrier delays may arise)
